Founder & CEO
Rupak is an accomplished CEO and an ICF certified coach. An electronics engineer turned management professional, Rupak is a proud alumnus of the IIM Bangalore legacy. Rupak is a technology enthusiast, a growth specialist with forte in strategy, marketing and customer service apart from very strong people leadership skills. In his corporate avatar before starting this venture he gained expertise across 5 different industries right across consumer, technology, telecom, media and real estate with organizations like BPL Sanyo Ingram Micro, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, HT Media and Godrej Properties. He last worked as a Business Head for Godrej Properties Ltd and Director on Board at Godrej Garden City Properties Pvt Ltd.
Rupak is an NLP practitioner, a certified competency based interviewer from SHL London and an ICF certified coach. Apart from other passions, he loves coaching CEO’s to look at an outside in perspective to take their organizations to a new trajectory of growth.
